THE REPORT
Price includes
§ about two weeks' research and writing by two people, including a three-day visit to your local area and a visit to the house
§ all accommodation and subsistence costs
§ photocopying and laser copying, comb binding
§ out-of-pocket expenses such as telephone, postage, stationery, etc.
The price of a report depends upon the location and age of the house. Travel expenses are charged as an additional item, as they vary so much according to location.
THE FULL HISTORY
Price includes
¤ about six months' research and writing by two people, including at least a three- and a five-day visit to your local area and two visits to the house
¤ all accommodation and subsistence costs
¤ photocopying and laser copying and printing
¤ photography
¤ hand-binding in leather with gold tooling and marbled endpapers
¤ registered delivery
¤ out-of-pocket expenses as above.

HOW TO PAY
Payment is in three stages - a deposit of 10% (minimum £100) payable to secure the commission; a payment of 40% (or the balance of 50%) at the outset of the research; and the remaining half upon its completion.
